As many people around the globe have recently come to realize,  the campaign to reduce meat consumption is helping to combat the imminent threat of the greenhouse effect as well as having the obvious advantages of reducing animal cruelty and the exploitation of the many wonderful species that share this world with us humans.

Here at Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok, we realize the urgency of this problem and have decided to do our part ecologically by releasing three brand new meat-free menus.

Our first menu, served up by One Rachada International Restaurant, is the Beyond Burger Hot Basil Bun, an innovatively delicious, yet totally meat free Thai style burger served with french fries and a crisp salad for just 295 THB.

The second great dish, presented by Nan Yuan Chinese Restaurant, is Beyond Sausage Monto, a vegetarian sausage dish with a unique taste and a fiery sauce, complete with steamed Chinese buns in the traditional style. All this for just 250 THB.

Finally, there’s our brand new oriental offering from Agehan. Japanese Meatball Donburi is a Japanese rice dish which is as filling as it is delicious. So delicious in fact, that you won’t even miss the meat!  This unique dish  is priced at only 250 THB.

These are merely our first steps here at Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok and we are already working on plans to introduce many more enticing, meat free dishes at a future date so that our diners can enjoy our trademark great taste whilst doing something for our world. The first three menus will be available from 28th September 2019 and will be served as long as there is a demand in an effort to play our part in saving the world and combat environmental problems.
